Thanks for reaching out to us. If your spiral balance is 5/8" in diameter then my top recommendation would be the S600-24 .

As for the tilt latch, it's tough to make out what it is when it's so damaged. A strong possibility is our 26-243 and 26-244 (sold separately), but you will need to carefully review our photos and information to verify.

Lastly, I cannot determine the size of your pivot shoe to make a recommendation. Start with the 15-047 and see how well its dimensions compare to your original.
