Window tilt hatch

Need to replace left tilt hatch. Removed old one and sending you a p[icture. Please help me to do correct order. Need 5 pieces. Thank you

Just few more info.

I have several left tilt latches. On the back all of them have number 10 with letters C, D, E then on upper part (to the left) number 092. The patent # is 5,139,291.
The old latches I removed on the back side have only number 10 without letters. Also on upper part (to the left ) has number 97. No patent number available.
