Custom window manufactured by a small glass company from scratch probably in the 90s. No sticker on window.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window latch appears to be a match for the 26-170 Three Hole Tilt Window Latch. It is a neutral latch, so it can be used for both left and right handed applications.

Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the correct replacement.
