Window tilt latch

Question

These have a patent marking of 5,139,291, and have the same measurements (as best as I can tell) to your Product Code: 26-391. Is that a safe bet? Or do you have another suggestion?

26-243 appear to be too fat...

Are there any others that I should order to try?
This is for our summer rental home and we need to get these fixed before the renters arrive in 12 days.
