Window tilt latch

Unknown window manufacture. All 16 windows have the same problem of latch failure.

We can't be sure based on a damaged tilt latch but we do carry a few similar options that you can start with. Take a look and compare the specifications of an intact latch to the 26-464 and 26-393A.
