Hello,
This window falls forward when open. I think this is because the tilt latches are broken. Could you tell me what I need to replace them?

It definitely sounds like you need new tilt latches. Before I recommend anything for certain, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? That would allow me to find you a good match that won't require drilling new holes.
