Window tilt latch

Question

Hi- I've been told to connect with you in regards to a replacement window tilt latch. I went to Home Depot and Amazon to look for one- and thought that I had the right one but when I tried to install the hardware it did not fit. I thought it was a universal piece...

I wanted to see if you have the piece in house? I unfortunately don't have the mfg of the window.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I believe you may be able to replace your tilt latches with our 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latch. Although, to confirm this, you will need to review and compare the dimensions. It may be helpful to find an undamaged latch so that you'll be able to get the most accurate measurements.
