Window tilt latch

Question

I have a window with the window latches that are broken. Can you tell me from these pictures what parts I would need?  I'm not sure how to remove the broken ones either. Thank you.

We can't make out accurate dimensions from photos but I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 latches to yours. The shape of the top is not a problem since the internal portion that installs in the sash is the same shape. If you notice any discrepancies, please get back to us with your exact dimensions written out and we can go from there. Thank you!
