Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks familiar but it's hard to say since your latch is broken. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version? I can't promise we'll have a suitable match but that should help us confirm. 

Thanks for the additional photos. Your corner mounted tilt latches have been discontinued and are no longer available. The best replacement suggestion we have is to convert the window to one that uses surface mounted latches, like our 26-228 and 26-229 Tilt Latches.
