Window tilt latch

Question

Looking to identify a surface mounted latch. Current latch has 1 screw that doesn't actually seem to do anything. Measurements:
Length: 2 5/8" (top) 2 9/16" (bottom)
Width: 11/16" (top) 9/16" (bottom
Height: 7/16"
Locking tooth offset: 3/16"

Thanks for your post! This window latch has similar dimensions to the 26-244A Tilt Window Latch. The left handed version is the 26-243A. To determine if these will work for the repair, carefully double check the specifications below.
