Help I have several of these that are broken on my windows. Hoping I can order replacements from you.

Hey there. I am confident we can help, but it's tough to tell from these photos alone what you are working with. Can you remove one of the tilt latches and show it to us from a few different angles? We'll do our best to help from there.
