Hello,

We don't carry an exact match for the tilt latch shown in your photos. The 26-243A and 26-244A would be our closest options, depending on how the specifications below compare to yours. Note that they slide into the cutout, while yours appears to clip in. We can't make any guarantees, but look them over and see what you think.

Dimensions for 26-243A

As for the balances, we may be able to help, but the stamp code only indicates the strength of the spring. We would need to see an intact balance uninstalled, including both ends used for installation, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

We can supply these skinny ribbed balances with the 15-230 T-lock shoe attached and a 19-043 on top, but it will need to be a custom order. Review the shoe specifications below to ensure a good fit. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.

Great. As long as the specifications of the end fittings and .478" by .454" metal channel match yours, you should be good to go.
