Window tilt latch from 1996 windows

I have been trying to find a tilt latch similar to this, but the ones I have found are slightly off and I have to use a Dremel tool to shave off the excess plastic that would prevent it from fitting, But they are still a tight fit. I have several windows like this in my house and my neighbors have also got several that they need to replace. All our houses were built at the same time using the same window types.
I have included pictures with measurements.
