Window tilt latch replacemenmt

In need of replacement window tilt latch -
Measurements -
Overall length - 2 1/2"
Width - 7/8"
Thickness - 3/8"
Holes center to center - 1 3/8"
Left edge to center of left hole - 15/16"
Left edge to right hole - 1 5/16"
numbers on the underside. There is a 4 above 022.
