Window tilt latches

Question

Per Builders FirstSource the part numbers for our tilt latches are TLW-8 and TLW-9, HM 2800 DH latch. I was told that they were discontinued 8 years ago. There are no numbers on the latches. There is a sticker on the window frame(see photo). We got some latches from Builders FirstSource 7 years ago, but they are out of stock now and they referred us to you. Thank you.
