Window tilt lock shoe 'Concord" vinyl Window

I am trying to locate pivot lock shoes for a vinyl window and don't know the window manufacturer. I have attached a .pdf file picture of a good lock. It is 2 1/16" long, the lock in 9/16" and the channel in 1 1/2" wide and 5/8 deep. From the dimensions I presume that the part 15-121 is the most likely replacement part.
