Window non-tilt balance

Question

Hey guys,

I have to replace multiple window guides. I have attached several photos hopefully they will be sufficient. Looks like the metal channel measures 27". Your help in making sure I order the right ones will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balances are either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2650 stamp for a 26 to 30lb window.
