Window top guides

A quick learner from CA says:
My windows use # 87-177 roller assemblies on the bottom and the exact same plastic piece, minus the roller for the top guide. any suggestions on replacement for the worn top guides?

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. Are you looking for a top sash guide or a roller? If you need a top sash guide, I won't be able to find what you need by referencing the 87-177, as it is an unrelated part. In either event, please show us a few pictures of the part in question removed from the window. Please also give us detailed dimensions. Thank you!

the assembly with the steel roller is on the bottom of the window and the plastic piece with out the roller is used as a guide on the top. both the plastic pieces are the same. the plastic piece dimensions are the same as 87-177. is there something available to replace the broken top guides?

This is weird. It looks like someone just took the wheel out of an 87-177 and used it as a guide, for whatever reason. We don't sell the 87-177 without a wheel, do you think you could just do the same?
