I could not find a replacement top sash guide that matches the one I have
Do you have any that will fit and work even if I had to drill a hole in it?

Thanks for posting! Please see our 18-199 top sash guide. This is a very close match to your top sash guide in terms of both dimensions and size. The only problem is that it's not available in black, but it could be painted. Let me know what you think!
