Window top slider

Question

I need the attached top window slider that measure 15/16" x 1 1/4" and 10/16" with two holes and one slot for screw.
I previously ordered the window balance. Hope you can help

Take a look at our 18-174 top sash guide and compare it to your part. If the measurements match up, it should work as a replacement for your old guide.
