Window track
This track reminds me of our 39-542, but yours is longer, as you said, and additionally appears to lack the extra leg on the horizontal portion. To be safe, can you show me a photo of the operator and shoe that engage with this track? Can you also show me a photo of what it looks like installed on the window?
At this time, we don't sell any alternative versions of the 39-542, so this isn't something we have off-hand. I would need to research how yours functions to determine if it's something we can supply.
This is a huge help, thank you! Looks like you have an undermount version of the 39-542, rather than a face mount. Otherwise they're identical. Please give me a little more time to look into this and I'll get back to you ASAP!
