Window track balance replacement

Trying to find the right track balance to replace the broken part, window was difficult to open, the string and clasp were wore out.
Appreciate your help!

Hello there!

It looks like you need either the S380-34 or S385-34. The best match will come down to the depth of the bottom fitting as shown below. I also recommend the 3330 strength option.
