Window track latch

Question

Hi! I just replaced the balances I got from you guys but it looks like another issue I have is the upper piece inside the window track that grabs hold of those balances. It broke off so my window can't catch the balance. What part do I need to replace this? It's from an Alenco window.

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the top sash guide shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an undamaged version from the other side or another window fully removed, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
