Window track needed

I am looking to get A bunch of these window tracks needed for a property of mine. We have a lot of windows that are not staying up or closing properly which is caused By the old tracks which need to be replaced

Hello!

It looks like you need the Series 390 side load balance. Is there a stamp on your metal channel? If not, you'll need to remove and weigh your window sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S390's product page that shows you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.

Yes! So, you'll need the S390-31 with a spring strength option of 3030.
