Window track or tie bar guide missing?

A quick learner from Staten Island says:
Above I send 2 pics showing window with part that is missing as well as window with part that is needed . As per my conversation with mike he is thinking it is a tie bar .. thx in advance

Thanks for writing in. We do not carry that locking tie bar you show in your photos and I don't believe it is still available. I have a thought that I am not certain will work for you, and I have not tried it myself, but take a look at the singl- point type locks that I've listed on this page. let me know if you think you could adapt one of these to your window.
