Window "track" part

Question

I need help identifying the metal track measuring 10" long that attaches to the bottom of the windows frame. I also need the part that attaches to the bottom of the window that slides on the track measuring 2 3/4" long. Both parts appear to measure 3/4" in width.

Take a look at the 36-048 hinge set that attaches the top and bottom of the window sash to the frame. Thanks for posting!
