Hello I'm trying to find replacement track part for vinyl windows. Windows were installed by previous owners so we don't know how to identify the part.
I've attached pictures of the part needed if you can help me identify it I need to fix 3 windows. It is 1/2" and 32" long.

Hi there!
It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a spring strength option of 3030.
When measuring your balance, make sure you're only measuring the metal channel. Your stamp is 3030 which means the length of your metal channel should be 31".
