Window track slides

Question

I need to replace the window track slides. They are the black plastic slide at base of window shown in photo. The mechanism is a Truth Entryguard and has the number 31538 stamped on the arm. I need several of these for both right and left hinged casement windows. Hope you have them.

These black pieces are not sold separately, unfortunately. You will need an all new hinge.

I recommend the 36-048. This is a little different than yours but should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
