Hi, I currently have my house on the market and I just know we're going to get dinged for so many of these trackers being broken. When it's really windy outside a couple of windows actually fall open. Can you help me?

Thanks for posting! The window latch pictured here reminds me of the 26-477 Top Tilt Latch. Look over the dimensions below and compare them to confirm whether these are the correct replacements for your sash.

They are sold in left and right pairs.

Dimensions for 26-477
