Window trim...

Greetings, I'm contacting you today to see if you might have replacement trim for one of the windows on my house. The trim is located at the bottom of the window and provides a seal for the product. The trim on one of the windows has come loose and since it is a vinyl/wood construction, over time the wood has become rotten. The window itself is in good shape so I'm looking for a piece of trim that would serve as a replacement and while I only need one piece of trim today, I presume that I'll need others in the future. I've included photos of the window with the trim attached (installed 1.jpg) and without it (without trim). I've also included images of the trim off of the window (Uninstalled.jpg, Uninstalled 1.jpg, Uninstalled 2.jpg). I can of course use weatherstripping as a replacement but I wondered if there was something similar on the market. Best regards and thanks for your help. 

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pursue a local millwork and see what they can do for me.
