Window type

I have two broken window cranks that I am trying to replace. The two windows look like the same brand even though they're different colors, however I can't find any identification at all. Failing identification, are their "universal" hand cranks I can but that would work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there!

The cover and handles you show here reminds me of our 39-451 and 39-452 that fits splines that are 11/32". However, these cover and handles are sometimes built into the operator base itself which means they cannot be removed or replaced. I'm not sure if that's the case here but it's just something to keep in mind.

If they are built into the base, you would need to replace the entire operator so that it can use our 39-451 and 39-452. We can help with this but we would need to see photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
