Thanks for posting! The balance stamp can only tell us the weight range a balance can support but it does not help to identify the exact replacement you need. That said, I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window.
I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments as well as any compatible hardware that could potentially be left behind in the window.

Thanks for the photos. You'll need either the S380-30 or the S385-30 to replace your existing assemblies. To determine which series you need, be sure to confirm the depth measurement of the bottom shoe.
Based on the stamp from your balance, I believe your sash should weigh around 38lbs. That said, you can select the 2965 stamp option.
