Window vent latch

A home owner from NJ says:

Need to replace the vent latches for Patriot Mfg double hung vinyl replacement windows, circa 1994. All photos are for same latch.

Length is 1 and 1/8" long by 3/8" wide.

Hello, Jim. Your vent latch isn't made anymore, unfortunately, but you can likely use our 26-338 as a substitute. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
