Window venting lock for aluminum windows

What Venting Lock product is best for aluminum double hung windows? for sliding aluminum windows? Is there any such product for casement windows that crank open? I'm looking for products that need no drilling.

The 90-036 Thumbscrew Lock might work on the aluminum double-hung and sliders, but may be be an issue on the casement window. You may have to install a screw to act as a stop in the track if you're installing this on a casement window.

Will this sash lock fit on a track which is larger than 1/4 inch? The windows I have are aluminum double hung with window tracks of just over 1/4 inch, about 6.5 mm. If this product (Thumbscrew Lock) does not fit my windows, do you have another lock that would? Thank you!

You could possibly cut a little off the inside portion of the lock to give you the 1/4" gap you need. The gap now looks to be about 3/16" wide.
