I can't seem to find anything like this, maybe you can suggest an alternative? The piece separated when I removed it. The plastic 'T' is 3/16". The circular part was foam, with a kind of painted coating on it that all chipped off, 1/4" diameter. I can't figure out the window manufacturer. Thanks

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have from this photo. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version from this same angle? It's just too damaged for us to identify.
