Window weather stripping

This fuzzy weather stripping is only present on my screens and I am wondering if this same material is used for both the top and bottom of the screens.

If we see this weatherstrip, we can try to figure out what it is. Can you send a photo or two? Whether the top and bottom wool pile would be the same depends upon your individual screen.
