Window weather stripping replacement needed

I opened this window and found the weather stripping in two pieces. One of the photos shows what I think it should look like if it was still together. The Patriot window information is in one of the photos. Round part is .25 inches. I need to replace one long side of each of the windows, the other sides have different weather stripping that is still good. Thanks!
