Window weather strips

Thank you for your prompt response, I do not have at this time a better picture but will be getting off work today around 3:00 central time and will take a better picture then and will send them to you.
I am looking for a dark gray or black replacement. This is the only tag from Simonton I could find. I don't know if it will help but I will send anyway. It appears to have a "T-Slot" track.
