I have an Andersen window and the weather strip is bubbling and coming off, see picture. I am looking for a replacement weather strip for this window.

I'm afraid I can't make out what you have from this photo. In order to help, I'll need you to remove an undamaged sample and show me a clear picture of the end profile. The video below will go into more detail.
