Window weatherstripping

The bottom weatherstripping on every window in my house is dry rotted and solid like plastic. It's causing the windows to not close entirely and it won't latch. Here are pictures of what it looks like. The window company is long out of business and I need to replace it so I can close my windows properly. There are about 10 windows that need this.

Thanks for posting. We may be able to help. Can you just give me the size of the "T" that fits in the groove? Please also give me the diameter of the bubble. Thanks!

The circle diameter is 1/4 inch and the T appears to be an 1/8 inch.

Hmm... I'm afraid we don't have anything in this style that matches those measurements. Your's sounds particularly small. The smallest seal we have in this style is our 58-182, which has a .187" wide "T" and a .300" diameter bubble. This roughly equates a 3/16" "T" and a 5/16" bubble, give or take a few 1/64". Do you think you could get that to work?

I will try it out and see that's looks really close to what I have.
