Window weep hole covers needed

I need weep hole covers for my MI Windows. According to MI, the window are General Aluminum 7050 vinyl windows. Some of mine are either missing the door to the weep hole cover, or the door is broken.

So mine is a bit different. I pulled one out and attached the photos here for you to see. Mine is about 1.5" long and 5/8" tall.
