Thanks for writing in. See our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2650.

I am doing 2 windows. I would like to order S385-27. I would order four channel balances. It appars that the shoe & the top are connected to the balance. Is this correct?

I am not clear with "stamp option of 2650"?

The 2650 stamping indicates that the spring will support a sash weight range of 26-30 pounds.
