Window will not stay up

Not exactly sure what this part is called but it has a 6 + 6 stamped on it. And there's also a top part that's needed as you'll see in the photo.

Hello! Looks like you need a coil balance assembly and a tilt latch. I think we can help with both, but your photos are a little unclear.
Starting with the balance, can you remove an assembly from the window and show me a photo of it by itself? Seeing an undamaged version would be ideal, if at all possible. That way I can be sure no important components are missing.
In regards to the tilt latch, you don't have to remove it but I would like to see an undamaged version. A little bit too much is missing from this for me to accurately ID.
