Window will not stay up when raised.

A handy person from 72701 says:
One window is missing all coil balance spriing parts on both sides except the metal pieces that protrude from bottom of window. Pics I've included are of the areas of missing parts on the non-functioning window and of the parts in place on an identical, but functioning window.

I just need to know what parts to order from your site. I'm confident I can install them myself.

This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe and 15-186 Balance Clip. This system uses Series 190 Coil Balances. If you're uncertain what spring weights you need, give me the exact weight of the window sash and I can work it out for you.
