Window winder

Question

Hi,

I need to change my window crank assemble and would like to be sure i have the right one. It looks like Truth Hardware Dyad crank 5 inch, part 39-090 but i would like to be sure before i order it. Could you help identify it. I haven't removed it from the casement since without it i can't close the window. I've measured the part, and it's 5 inches from screw hole to screw hole and the arm is also 5 inches.
