It looks like you have an old discontinued Keller Series 303 single hung window. What you're showing specifically are the bottom white sash clips, which match our 17-018 and 17-019. The black balance shoe is our 15-010, which attaches to the spiral with a 62-001 rivet. 

To be honest, you might do better replacing the complete spiral balance with our Series 303 balance. This comes complete with the 15-010 already attached. Ultimately it's up to you.
