Window with no name needs balancers

A quick learner from Port Charlotte, FL says:
Have a window that measures 52" wide x 32" tall. It is missing the balancer rods thanks to my goofy tenants. There are no markings and I was hoping that you may know what kind of window it is. The house was built in 1985 and has Pan American awning crank windows on the rest of the house. The moving part of the window is 19 1/4" tall.

I believe you have a Pan Am window. Remove your sash and see if the top sash guides look like the 18-042 to confirm. While you have the sash out, weigh it with a bathroom scale. Also give me the height of the visible glass, including the center mullion.
A quick learner from Port Charlotte, FL says:
Sorry it took so long to respond. The weight of the window is 14 pounds and the window glass including the center mullion is 16 and 3/4 inches

Thank you. In that case, please see our S377-18 channel balance. I'd also recommend the 1730 stamp option.
