Window won't close : SWISCO.com

Once the window is open it needs help to close and close and lock. I'm not sure what parts are needed. The windows are Pella

Hello,

I can't be sure but the gears of your operator may be stripped. If so, we'll need to see a top-down photo of the operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Please see attached. It looks like the closer is missing its "hook" to allow the window to pull closed tight.
