Window won't close after replacing channel balance.

Question

Window would not lock. I replaced the channel balance and now the window won't close. I vacuumed hoping this would help with no good result.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say the window won't close. Can you go into more detail? I'm also not sure what it is you purchased. I see you were looking at our S700-22. Is this what you bought? What option did you select? Finally, I can't really determine what balance you have from this picture. I would like to see the nylon attachments on either end.
