Window wont close flush on pivot side

A home owner from Ann arbor says:
This window when shut tight still isnt being pulled snugly into the frame. Hinge problem? Or that metal part where the window pivots? Maybe i should order both parts. Can you ID?

Thanks for writing in. If the casement operator works in moving the window in and out just fine, then you may just need to replace the hinge set. See our 36-004-10. Go over all the dimensions to confirm this is the right hinge set for you.
